Each Hair Remains Continually Growing

Author: Frank Schliff

Each hair remains on your head for two to six years, and during most of this time is continually growing. The part you see and style is called the hair shaft. It's actually dead tissue made by your hair follicles tiny bulb-like structures beneath your scalp's surface.

One common disease is a disorder known as lichen planus. Hair loss is an indication that there can be a problem that is happening inside your body. Provides optimal nourishment for you hair, because a woman is also troubled by hormones you need to control the situation.

Loss of female hair is not the same as male hair loss determined by heredity. Illness and medication, like chemotherapy to treat cancer, can cause H.R. It can also be inherited from a parent.

Basiclly men suffering from androgenetic alopecia have extremely high levels of the chemical dihydrotestosterone, a by-product of the major male hormone testosterone, so when this hormone is converted into DHT the results are H.R., to blocks the production of DHT and without reaction with testosterone.

It has been a cause of great distress for people, mostly men, not only because it greatly affects one's appearance negatively but also because it could be an indication of some health problem lying underneath. Ineffective products and misleading advertising are only partially to blame.

This is the gradual loss of hair that usually begins somewhere between 30 to 40 years of age in men and is essentially a cosmetic disorder, which is relevant because most health insurance plans will not pay for cosmetic care.

You see, in many cases, female hair loss is just a temporary occurance and hence, finding aH.R. solution to it is relatively easy. We are bombarded with a constant stream of advertisements sponsored by beauty salons, hair care products and hair loss treatments on looking good through a crop of beautiful hair.

Millions of people all over the world are struggling in the endless battle to stop their H.R. Maybe just the thought would cause our hair follicles to shrivel up and die.

From small bald spots to high level loss of hair, different people can be affected in different ways, often depending on the cause of the problem. The claim that bald men are actually les virile than these with hair is actually patently false, as men experiencing H.R. are actually doing so due to large amounts of testosterone in their bodies.

Generally women are not affected from H.R. much but men are prone to losing it. Women rarely become bald, but H.R. is common. Many companies have jumped on the hair loss bandwagon because of our own enormous desires to eliminate H.R. from our lives, not to mention the unlimited amount of money that we are willing to spend on this quest.
